Divis Laboratories has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, to consider and approve, the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the company from August 05, 2016 to August 14, 2016 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
