Ardi Investments & Trading Company has informed that the Board meeting of the directors will be held on August 12, 2016, to approve the unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the trading window, as described in ‘Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading’ of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from August 04, 2016 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the unaudited financial results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the listing agreement.
