Sharda Cropchem to invest up to Rs 5 crore in Axis Crop Science

Sharda Cropchem has received an approval to invest additional funds in its wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Axis Crop Science’ for a sum not exceeding Rs 5 crore in one or more tranches. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 04, 2016 has approved for the same.

Sharda Cropchem is a crop protection chemical company engaged in the marketing and distribution of a wide range of formulations and generic active ingredients globally.
