Jubilant Life Sciences has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2016 to August 30, 2016 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2016. The Dividend on equity shares at Rs 3 per equity share of Re 1 each, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
