Brooks Laboratories informs about closure of trading window

Brooks Laboratories has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2016. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ of Brooks Laboratories would commence from August 05, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 12, 2016.
