JIK Industries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, The main item on the agenda is to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in terms of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from August 06, 2016 to August 18, 2016 for consideration and declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company Schedule to be held on August 12, 2016.
