Parth Industries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on the August 12, 2016, to consider, adopt and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016; and to fix day, date, time and venue for Annual general Meeting of the members of the Company. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all specified persons of the Company from August 05, 2016 to August 16, 2016.
