KLK Electrical has informed that it is proposed to convene the meeting of the Board of Directors on August 13, 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2016. Further, as per ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from the start of business hours of August 08, 2016 to the end of business hours of August 16, 2016.
