AksharChem India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on August 14, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2016. Pursuant to this, the Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from August 06, 2016 to August 17, 2016.
