Siti Cable Network informs about change of name

With reference to the earlier letter dated July 29, 2016 regarding details of voting results of the Special Resolution under Postal Ballot Notice dated May 25, 2016, Siti Cable Network has informed that pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company under Section 13 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, through Postal Ballot process, the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, has changed the name of the Company to ‘Siti Networks Limited’ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 05, 2016.
