CHD Hospitality converted as wholly owned subsidiary of CHD Developers

CHD Developers has acquired 5010 equity shares of CHD Hospitality, thereby turning the later as it’s wholly owned subsidiary. Further, the Company has transferred whole shareholding of CHD Elite Realtech to CHD Armaan Realtech, consequent to that now CHD Elite Realtech has also become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company.
