L&T Finance Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings through Circular Resolution dated August 10, 2016 has taken note of the proposed amalgamation involving its wholly owned subsidiaries i.e., L&T Finance and L&T FinCorp [together referred to as ‘Transferor Companies’] with Family Credit [‘Transferee Company’], in terms of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable provisions, if any of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme).
