IL&FS Investment Managers has informed that at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 08, 2016, the new set of Articles of Association (AOA) has been adopted and approved by the shareholders. The existing AOA of the Company is altered to comply with provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
