Oriental Bank of Commerce informs about appointment of executive director

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed that the Central Government vide Notification dated August 09, 2016 has appointed Himanshu Joshi as Executive Director on the Board of the Bank pursuant to sub-section 3(a) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80 read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 and sub clause (1) of clause 8 of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1970/80 from the date of his taking over charge of the post and up to October 31, 2018 i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
