STI India informs about closure of trading window

STI India has informed that the meetings of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company are scheduled to be held on August 23, 2016, to consider & approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30lh June, 2016 and other routine matters. Further, as per Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from August 17, 2016 to 24 hours after the date of publication of financial results, for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes.
