Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation has informed that Arun Kumar Kothari had been appointed as Non Executive Independent Director designated as Additional Director of the Company with effect from July 25, 2016 vide Resolution passed by Circulation dated July 25, 2016 and approved and noted at the duly convened Board Meeting held on August 11, 2016. Further, Krishna Kumar Daga had resigned from the Board and his resignation was accepted Board meeting held on August 11, 2016.
