NTPC has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 22, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter ending June 30, 2016 (Q1) after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from August 16, 2016 up to August 24, 2016 as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of NTPC (Code). During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders and their immediate relatives have been advised not to deal in the shares of NTPC.
