L&T Infrastructure Finance Company has informed that the Company intends to issue Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures in the nature of subordinated, Tier-II Debt of the face value of Rs 1,000,000 each, amounting to Rs 25 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs 25 Crore (Series ‘L’ 2016-17_Subdebt), on private placement basis.
