Shree Cement reports over three fold jump in Q1 net profit

 Shree Cement has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2016.

The company has reported over three fold jump in its net profit at Rs 507.67 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 104.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 45.46% at Rs 2565.70 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1763.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.

Shree Cement is the leading cement manufacturing in North India. Its cement plants are located at Beawar, Ras, Khushkhera, Jobner and Suratgarh in Rajasthan and Laksar (Roorkee) in Uttarakhand.
