Minda Corporation informs about business updates

Minda Corporation has informed that Minda KTSN Plastic Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, Germany (a wholly owned subsidiary of Minda Corporation), has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Shandong Beiqi Haihua Automobile Parts Co., Ltd., China on August 12, 2016 for manufacture of automotive plastic parts. The total cost of investment is $12.5 million.
