IDFC informs about grant of stock options under ESOS

IDFC has informed that on July 26, 2016, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOS), the Company has granted to its employees 7,50,000 options equivalent to 7,50,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 53.90 per equity share. These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall be exercisable within a maximum period of 4 years from the date of vesting.
