Shilpi Cable Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 12, 2016, has appointed Ravi Shankar as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from August 12, 2016 in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company also informed about the appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in outcome of Board Meeting letter dated August 12, 2016.
