Kanoria Chemicals & Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on August 31, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from August 24, 2016 to September 02, 2016.
