Sang Froid Labs (India) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2016, to take note of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from August 17, 2016 to August 27, 2016.
