Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Brands, a part of Reliance Industries (RIL), has entered into a long-term master franchise agreement with Amsterdam-based fashion brand Scotch & Soda. Under the agreement, Reliance Brands will set up Scotch & Soda stores in all major cities in India by 2017.

Through this partnership, Reliance Brands will offer Scotch & Soda products across men-wear, women-wear and children-wear categories through all channels of sale. Further, Reliance Brands will promote the brand through other channels of sale in India such as e-commerce, travel commerce, and leading multi-brand department stores.
