Ballarpur Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on September 01, 2016, to consider & approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from August 25, 2016 till September 03, 2016 on account of aforesaid Board Meeting.
