FIIs were net seller of Rs 422.56 crore in index futures and options segments on August 22

According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net seller of Rs 422.56 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Monday’s data, August 22, 2016.   

FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 456.82 crore and net buyers of index options worth Rs 34.26 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 307.66 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 35.14 crore.
