Infosys has informed that Parvatheesam K has conveyed his intention to step down as the company secretary (CS) and compliance officer (CO) to pursue higher studies. The board of directors at the meeting held on April 13, 2012, accepted the resignation of Parvatheesam K. The resignation is effective from the end of business hours of April 13, 2012.

Further, the board of directors appointed N. R. Ravikrishnan as the company secretary (CS) and compliance officer (CO) with effect from April 14, 2012.
