JMD Telefilms Inds to mull upon the Century Exports' strategic shareholding proposal

JMD Telefilms Industries’ would be mulling upon the proposal received from Century Exports Hong Kong for the acquisition of a strategic/majority shareholding in the company. The board of directors, to discuss this proposal and also further if required to consider and agree to the terms and conditions for such an opportunity to bring in Century Exports (Hong Kong) as a strategic stakeholder in the company, would be holding a meeting on July 25, 2011. Century Exports has shown keen interest in acquiring a strategic stake and is also keen to buy even majority stake in JMD Telefilms Industries.

Earlier, JMD Telefilms Industries reported that JMD has formed a strategic alliance with Century Exports, a leading company based in China/Hong Kong in the Mobile handsets & devices market.
