Aro Granite Industries board recommends dividend

Aro Granite Industries has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on April 14, 2012, has recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for the year 2011-2012 for the equity shareholders of the company subject to approval of shareholders at the annual general meeting.
