With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 26, 2016 regarding Q1 results on September 08, 2016, SJVN has now informed that due to unforeseen exigencies, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was earlier scheduled to be held on September 08, 2016 has now been rescheduled to September 09, 2016, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1).
