Apollo Tyres informs about updates on scheme of amalgamation

Apollo Tyres has informed that the scheme of Amalgamation of Apollo (Mauritius) Holdings (AMHPL) a wholly owned subsidiary, with the Company was sanctioned by the Honble High Court of Kerala on August 26, 2016. The Company is yet to receive the certified copy of orders from the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala sanctioning the aforesaid scheme of Amalgamation.
