Indroyal furniture required an integrated financial, supply chain and  manufacturing system that would allow them to control the movement of stock, automate process integration, support cross-functional expansion, address financial planning needs, and thereby, strengthening their position for the future.

To meet the business need, the company proposed the implementation of the Oracle E-business Suite Release 12. The implementation of this solution would enable operational improvements with superior control over production, inventory and streamlining quality control process, better synchronization of production output and efficient process management across a chain of 16 company owned outlet, 40 dealer networks and manufacturing plants spread through South India.
