Anubhav Industrial Resources has informed that the Company has fixed September 23, 2016 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting in the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2016. The E-voting period will commence from September 27, 2016 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends on September 29, 2016 (5.00 p.m. IST). The Company would be availing e-Voting services of Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL).
