Physical Rubber prices witness weakness on Tuesday

Physical rubber prices showed some weakness on Tuesday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 130/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety dropped to Rs 121/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 122/ kg.

In the futures market, contract of September delivery fell to Rs 124.47 compared to its previous closing of Rs 126.59, while October delivery closed at Rs 115.36 compared to its previous close of Rs 118.44 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
