Confidence Petroleum India informs about outcome of board meeting

Confidence Petroleum India has informed that the following matters have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 01, 2016: The Board has made on September 01, 2016 the discussion on issuance of 30,000,000 warrant (approved by board on meeting dated August 20, 2016). After discussing the various prudent on warrants & prevailing market conditions, The board has decided not to proceed with the warrant issue and hence cancelled the warrant issue approved on dated August 20, 2016.
