Electronica Finance informs about resignation of CS

Electronica Finance has informed that Ganesh Gopalan has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company on August 30, 2016. The Company has accepted his Resignation and relieved him from responsibilities effective from closure of working hours of August 31, 2016. Consequent to his resignation as a Company secretary, Ganesh Gopalan also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
