With reference to the earlier latter dated August 24, 2016, regarding ‘Board Meeting Intimation’ J. Kumar Infraprojects has now informed that the Board Meeting of the Company for the publication of the Un-Audited Financial results for the Quarter ended and year to date ended on June 30, 2016 which has been scheduled on September 02, 2016 is cancelled/postponed due to the ongoing routine search of IT Department. Once the date is finalized the Company will intimate to the Exchanges.
