Chamak Holdings has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2016 to September 29, 2016 for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2016. The cut-off date is September 22, 2016 for the purpose of Fixing of eligibility for remote E-voting and Voting at the time of 32nd AGM.
