Info Edge invests additional amount of Rs 6 crore in GLCS

Info Edge (India) through its wholly-owned subsidiary has invested an additional amount of about Rs 6 crore in Green Leaves Consumer Services (Bigstylist), which runs an on-demand marketplace for beauty professionals under the name & style of www.bigstylist.com.

Accordingly, the company’s total investment in Bigstylist would be Rs 12.4 crore for an aggregate stake of about 39% (the percentage shareholding may change subject to certain conditions) on a fully converted and diluted basis.
