UCO Bank reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from UCO Bank with respect to news appearing in Timesofindia.com on September 05, 2016 titled ‘Fire breaks out in Mumbais UCO Bank building.’ UCO Bank responded stating, that they confirm that on account of short circuit fire broke out at mezenine floor of UCO Bank building, D.N. Road, Mumbai at about 2 p.m. on 5th September, 2016. On account of power failure normal functioning of our D.N.Road Retail Branch, Treasury Branch, City back office were affected and necessary steps have been taken for restoration of normal functioning.
