NBCC (India) has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with University Grant Commission, (UGC), Government of India on September 06, 2016 whereby the company has been assigned work for construction of New UGC Building Complex at JNU Campus, New Delhi amounting approximately Rs 270.00 crore.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
