Krishna Capital gets nod to reduce stake in Palco Metals

Krishna Capital and Securities has received its board’s approval for partial divestment in equity shares of Palco Metals (PML) in which the company presently holds 22.28% stake. It is proposed to make divestment of upto Rs 51 lakh in PML. The said divestment is expected to be completed during the financial year 2016-2017.

The company is Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India.
