Mphasis establishes contact centers for Airtel

Mphasis, a leading IT services provider has set up two contact centers in Bhubaneswar and Mangalore, to furnish customer support services requirements of Bharti Airtel. The company strengthens its status as a National Strategic Partner by offering two new contact centers for Airtel, which continues to remain committed to contributing towards the company's long term growth plans.

The company has also been appointed by Bharti Airtel for document management and inbound data support services that will work towards driving improvements and optimization across various lines of businesses.
