Gretex Corporate Services (‘Manager to the Offer’) has submitted a copy of Public Announcement to the Shareholders of Kwality Credit & Leasing (‘Target Company’) on behalf of Dharmendra Kothari, Sunita Kothari, Ichraj Kothari, Hemant Kothari and Rajesh Kothari (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘The Acquirers’) pursuant to and in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as ‘Regulations’). Acquisition of up to 844,541 Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares of face value Rs 10 Each, Constituting 20.00% of the Share Capital of the Target Company.
