M&M inks MoU with Union Bank of India

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Union Bank of India whereby the lender will be financing the company’s commercial vehicles pan- India.

The company has recently signed a MoU to enter into a strategic alliance with the country’s largest shared transportation platform, Ola to empower 40,000 driver partners across India by 2018.

M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
