ICICI Bank informs about business updates

ICICI Bank has informed that the proposed IPO of its Subsidiary, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company (ICICI Pru Life) has been approved by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, on September 8, 2016. The Offer will be open for subscription to public on Monday, September 19, 2016 and shall close on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. The Price Band has been fixed between Rs 300 to Rs 334 per Equity Share.
