SSWL’s Chennai plant becomes first Indian plant to clear OSB+ Audit by PSA-Citroen

Steel Strips Wheels’ (SSWL) Chennai plant has becomes first Indian plant to clear OSB+ Auditby PSA-Citroen. Chennai plant has passed the QSB+ audit with an overall score of 93%. With QSB certification/ the company’s Chennai plant is now approved for supply of parts to all the PSA Peugeot/Citroen plants across the globe. This will open up big opportunity for the company to extend its reach in PSA and grow the business worldwide.

SSWL is a part of the Steel Strips Group, headquartered in Chandigarh. It is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims in the range of 10 to 30 inches for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors. It supplies rims to almost all major manufacturers of two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and heavy commercial vehicle.
