Date: 15-09-2016Oberoi Realty has informed that Commerz II is a 30 storied investment property developed by the Company and is a part of Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Commerz II is classified as a Class A-Star office space project and is a sustainable building awarded the LEED Gold pre-certification. Further the Company has informed that, in respect of Commerz II, the Company has till date entered into definitive agreements pursuant to which the cumulative carpet area leased now exceeds 25% of the total carpet area of the said project.
