IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has informed that Alpa Sheth, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, vide e-mail dated September 16, 2016, has tendered her resignation from the Directorship of the Company with effect from September 16, 2016. Notice of Resignation of Sheth will be placed in the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for its noting.
